Until 1956, the theatre performed at third-party sites. Now the theatre is located in a three-storey building which was built according to a special architectural plan.

The theatre was organized on December 31, 1944 for children, who survived the siege of Leningrad. The performances were appreciated by little Leningrad residents and their parents. The theatre has a rich history, traditions, a famous troupe, friendly staff and amazing performances.

A cozy auditorium with comfortable seats (there are cushions on the floor for the youngest visitors), bright costumes, fabulous stage scenery and stunning special effects. The backstage tours are available at the theatre. The troupe of the theatre goes on tour all over the world. The theatre is the winner of prestigious awards and competitions.
