GREBESHKI BISTRO&SHOP

#

The conceptually brand-new bistro GREBESHKI is located on the premises of the former shops of the Arsenal arms factory, built in the middle of the 19th century in the style of classicism and overlooking the Neva and its opposite bank where the historical Water Treatment Plant building is situated.

The restaurant is made up of a series of interconnected sections. On arrival guests are welcomed in a seafood store, a Surf & Turf restaurant, a bar, a private room with fireplaces, and an event hall – the venue for various events and festivals.

It's worth noting that fish, sea urchins, mussels and other species found in the Barents Sea are delivered in sea water from the fishing village of Teriberka in Murmansk region.

In GREBESHKI aesthetics of the Russian North can be spotted not only in the menu, but also in the interior elements ranging from tables and kitchen utensils by Denis Milovanov and SOHA CONCEPT to the crockery designed by the Moscow workshop REDNECK WARE.

The restaurant's interior is based on the principle of preserving the historical brick, mainly painted white, as well as on the use of metal constructions and massive elements made of natural wood. The abundance of living plants from the Botanical Garden and the floristic studio Teplitsa also plays an important role in the ambience of the restaurant.
