"SIBUR ARENA" - is a multi-sports facility, designed to play team sports (basketball, handball, volleyball, indoor soccer). Arena also takes in concerts, shows, exhibitions, meetings and other events.

"SIBUR ARENA" building consists of two large zones with the two major sports areas: an arena for competition in the sport and `show` room with 7,000 seats and a training hall 36 x 36 meters divided into two basketball courts.

"SIBUR ARENA" building has the following additional facilities:

• lobby,security room,
• cloakroom and toilets for the spectators;
• a gym with cardio-training zone and the warm-up room;
• aqua health pool zonerooms for the judging panel and the match commissioner;
• hotel roomsrooms for medical care and doping control;
• press room and a hall for press conferences;dining room and restaurant;
• team locker rooms and showers at both areas.
