That is why the gallery, in addition to the main exhibitions, often hosts lectures, workshops, seminars, creative meetings with artists, writers, poets, representatives of cinema and photographic art. Boris Oshkukov, after whom this space was named, would often call his work an experiment. Having studied himself and perfected his talent, he chose a unique style in art, which was based upon the traditions of Russian folk art and the Russian avant-garde of the early XX century. Boris came to the world of creativity through abstract art. Today the Dock Art is open to all prominent representatives of contemporary art in order to inspire and develop creativity.
