Erarta Museum of Contemporary Art houses one of the country’s largest private contemporary art collections, comprising more than 3000 works by the Russian and international talents.

With new temporary exhibitions opening every month, 8 to 10 of them are always on show at any given moment and can be enjoyed in a single visit. In addition, visitors can experience a number of the museum’s signature projects:

U-Space
The ten minutes spent inside these immersive installations provide unique emotional and intellectual insights. U-Space sessions are included in the Erarta Membership and can be enjoyed for a small extra fee with regular tickets.

Art-Animation
Paintings from the museum’s permanent collection reimagined by professional animators.

Erarta for Kids
Children up to 15 years of age and their parents can skip the queue by using the Fast Track entrance and buy special Kids Tickets. To plan your family visit, speak to our staff at the ticket counters: they will happily point out those museum experiences that will be most exciting for your kids depending on age.

The Adventures of BB Square Cartoon
This entertaining art education series recounting the exploits of the runaway character of Kazimir Melevich’s famous masterpiece is a fun watch for kids of all ages.

Meet New People
Erarta is the perfect place for new encounters – both with art and with like-minded individuals. Invite someone to join you on your next visit or accept invitations from people already at the museum – and find new ways to appreciate art together. Log in to my Erarta account to find out more.

The café on floor 3, boasting a new menu every season, is a nice spot to stop by for a quick yet delicious snack or a filling lunch. During the summer, its open-air balcony with a great city view is just the right place to enjoy a refreshing lemonade or a cup of tea with Erarta’s signature éclair. The bar on the same floor offers a great selection of art-inspired cocktails and other drinks.
