Fort "Reef" is a part world a fortification UNESCO heritage. This is the most powerful fortress on Kotlin Island. You can enjoy sea, seal ridge and the oldest in Russia Tolbukhin lighthouse view from here. The fort has been open to visitors since July 2020. The are some permanent exhibition, which includes authentic guns, samples of small arms, archival documents, and artifacts found on the territory of the fort.

Models of guns 21K and 21 KM installed in their regular gun yards bring the view of the fort's batteries as close as possible to the appearance of the times of the Second World War. Guided tours of the fort, underground casemates, thematic exhibitions dedicated to the Kronstadt uprising and the history of military medicine are organized for visitors.

From Staraya Derevnya metro station: bus № 101A, stop – Grazhdanskaya ulitsa. (from 6 a.m. to 12.30 a.m. with an interval of 10-20 minutes).

Then: bus 2KR to Fort Shanets (interval – 1-2 hours).

Then: on foot (2,5 km) or with a golf cart from fort Shanets to fort Reef

(schedule is coordinated with the schedule of the 2KR bus route).
