Station S13 is located in a historical building in the quiet area of St. Petersburg close to the beautiful embankment of the Griboedov Canal, close to the transit metro stations of “Sadovaya”, “Sennaya” and “Spasskaya” and the main sights of the city – St. Isaac's Cathedral, the Bronze Horseman, the Admiralty, as well as the Raskolnikov House, Mariinsky and Alexandrinsky theaters, the legendary Tovstonogov Bolshoi Drama Theater and the Yusupov Palace. Despite the considerable age of the building the hotel has all necessary modern amenities: there is a bathroom with a shower in each room and a bed with high-quality mattress and individual air conditioning. In order to get to the upper floors  guests can use carefully restored beautiful historical staircase or use the modern elevator. Breakfast is included into the price of the room and is served in the hotel cafe. Travelers can use the half board system, where dinner is also included into the room rate.
