Guests of the establishment can try a variety of seafood - mussels, crab, squid, plane oysters and fresh fish from the display case daily. The brasserie creates and preserves its own culinary traditions, the recipe for Belgian waffles has not changed here for 10 years.

The establishment has a system for storing and serving drinks, a luxurious collection of Belgian beer is collected on taps and in bottles, an aging room with the largest collection of vintage ales, gueuzes and lambics in Russia is kept. Each beer has its own glass.

The special atmosphere in the establishment is created by the interior, in the design of which marble and Dutch lamps are used, paintings with episodes from life created by European artists in the 20th century, and unique plaques brought from European breweries.
