The creative concept of the place is inspired by the American TV series "House of Cards", whose main character, the charismatic and influential politician Frank Underwood, constantly returns to one small rib shop on the outskirts of Washington - for the sake of the unique taste of ribs and a truly soulful atmosphere.

The special taste of meat dishes from Frank is achieved due to two important factors. Firstly, these are original marinades, the recipes of which the founders of the chain searched for, like real detectives, in cookbooks of the last century and in photos of signs from the 70s.

Secondly, this is a unique cooking technology: the meat is simmered for more than 12 hours at low temperatures, and then baked in a coal oven. After the chef removes it from the fire and coats it with a signature sauce, no one can resist this appetizing look and fabulous aroma.
