A restaurant of European cuisine on the Petrograd side from the team of chef Maria Dementyeva, manager Nazar Kolomiets and sommelier Andrey Ermishkin.

Saro has an open kitchen and an exemplary 60s interior, exactly like from a New Wave film: huge windows overlooking Krestovsky Island, designer porcelain and vintage furniture from auctions.


The menu includes local products, Italian delicacies and their subtle arrangement: carpaccio with homemade ricotta, gnocchi with crab, schnitzel with fennel, brownie with pepper cream.


The wine list is compact and hand-picked by sommelier Andrey Ermishkin, consisting of Old World classics and cutting-edge modern wineries. The interior of the space with an open kitchen emphasizes natural materials: concrete, marble and wood. In the summer, the terrace is open.
