"Gringo" gastrobar
Gringo is a Tex-Mex gastrobar. Every day the Gringo team recreates the atmosphere of a Tex-Mex bar, where everyone will find something to their liking.
Guests can expect 20 types of beer on tap, as well as more than 200 varieties of beer and cider in cans and bottles. The Gringo cold room offers both rare exotics and the best representatives of traditional varieties. Gringo perfectly combines classic cocktails and liqueurs of its own production with unique and rare flavors that are definitely worth trying.
The interior of Gringo combines the American bar aesthetics of the 1930s with cozy lighting from candelabra and music in the style of Chill Rave and Etnika, as well as unique live music performances on Saturday nights. The menu has dishes for a variety of preferences and moods: from spicy Mexican classics (enchiladas, burritos, quesadillas and an entire taco bar) to mouth-watering burgers prepared in the best traditions of the American South. Burgers will be especially delicious with aromatic Swiss raclette cheese. The combination of marbled beef with bright, rich and very viscous cheese is one of the things that guests love about this cozy place on Petrogradskaya Storona.
The ambitious and creative chef Evgeny Lavlinsky is responsible for the kitchen. He has been in love with culinary art since childhood and has worked in the kitchen for over 15 years. Previously, the chef worked with the Italian direction, but in the process of his professional development, he fell in love with Tex-Mex cuisine and became the head of the kitchen of the new gastrobar Gringo, part of the restaurant group of Andrey Pertsev, which includes such famous projects as: Littera G, Green 28, Ognivo and the gastrospace Balagan.
In Gringo, Evgeny rethought Tex-Mex, adding and combining aesthetics and brutality. Gringo would not be a real gastrobar if it did not give guests the opportunity to try something non-standard, bright and memorable. There's a range of hot sauces to try: there's the light and piquant Cholula Hot Sauce, and the extreme Cully's Brutality with 2 million Scoville units. Also worth trying is the chilli-mango sorbet, a spicy dessert with a tropical flavour.
