"Grecco" restaurant
Grecco - more than a restaurant
It is rather a lifestyle, where a smile and a glass of wine are an absolute "must" at any time of day. It is in tune with St. Petersburg with its intelligence, gentleness and ability to maintain class, remaining exclusively informal and relaxed, as is customary in Mediterranean countries. The interior is a soft respectable atmosphere of the lobby of resort hotels of the 60-70s.
Traditions of Greece and Mediterranean cuisine
All kinds of meze, including tzatziki, labane, hummus and cream of kalamata olives, are next to sardines, pasta with baked tomatoes, branzino crudo and Marseille fish soup. Spending time in the Grecco restaurant over a lazy meal or a glass of wine, dipping homemade pita in olive oil with fresh oregano, it is difficult to admit that behind the large panoramic windows is St. Petersburg, and not the shores of the Cote d'Azur.
