It occupies a green area of 58 hectares.

A large park in the Krasnoselsky District of St. Petersburg. It occupies a 58-hectare green area between Peterhof Highway, Doblesti Street, the Gulf of Finland and the Ivanovka River. The park was created in the 1960s and 1970s for the centenary of V. I. Lenin by a team led by architect A. G. Lelyakov. The alleys of the regular part of the Yuzhno-Primorsky Park are planted with spruce, fir, linden, oak, elm, horse chestnut and weeping willow. The landscape part is more reminiscent of a forest. There are small islands on two artificial ponds connected by a canal.
