Unique modern design and the heritage of the past complement each other here in an amazingly organic way. The house, now converted into a four-star boutique hotel, is over 100 years old.

The architect and designer Gilya and Dani Lipenholz breathed new life into the building. This union made a name for itself in the hotel business many years ago, also as an experienced manager. They brilliantly solved the most difficult task of adapting an old building to modern needs, creating 13 spacious rooms with bathrooms. The hotel lobby, located right in the arch, integrates not only an unusual reception, but also a cozy gastrobar with the same name “LOBBY”, which announces itself both with a hanging fireplace in the center of the hall, and a large selection of wines and incomparable signature cocktails.
