An interactive map of student life will appear in Saint Petersburg

16 November 2020

On that map there will be the city locations and resting-places most popular with the young marked.

On the 17th of November – International Students’ Day – the presentation of an interactive map with the leisure-places most popular with the Saint Petersburg youth marked will take place in St. Petersburg Committee for Youth Policy and Public Relations’ official VK community.

It is interesting to add that the list of the locations interesting for students is created by the Saint Petersburg inhabitants themselves. It is possible to choose one’s several favourite establishments and sites in North Capital via the special interrogatory in the Saint Petersburg portal of International Student’s day until the 16th of November. After the interrogation ends, the project organisers will select the most high-rated places and plot them on the electronic map.

In Saint Petersburg, non-resident students count to about 73 percent of all students. That is why the availability of an interactive map is an excellent opportunity for them to get better acquainted with the city and visit its popular places (also with student discount), as noted by the committee.
