In one of the buildings of the second half of the 18thand early 19thcenturieswill be opened a three-storey cultural space.

New Holland continues to please residents of St. Petersburg and guests of our city with new projects. So, recently a bright street-ball playground appeared on the island, and also the restoration and renovation work of the building “House 12” was carried out.

It became known that a new cultural space will be located in the restored buildings of the timber- yard. It is reported that a library, a lecture hall, trade and exhibition areas, a restaurant with a bistrowill beon the first floor of the building, as well as a hall for exhibitions and multimedia performances for 700 people. A hall for lectureswill appear on the second floor of the building, and a multifunctional exhibition hall will be available for visitors on the third floor.
