Since 6 July will be possible to visit museums

This time restart their work state museums and state cultural centers. As Commitee for Culture reports there are 17 state museums and exposition centers.

On this day opens Peter and Paul fortress, Museum of music in Sheremetiev palace, Museum of Suvorov, Museum of Defense and Leningrad's Blockade, Literature museum, Central Manezh exposition center.

On the 6th of July in Manezh will be opened exposition «Another view. Portrait of the country from the camera of Magnum agency». There will be represented different fotos of legendary fotographers from 1947 till 2019.


To visit expositions and exhibitions, opening of which was held online will be now possible in the Museum of Defence and Siege of Leningrad. Among exibitions are «The war had such a scope: military topographers during the Siege of Leningrad». And «Solomon Udovin.Graphics».


Theme expositions like «Musical salons of count Sheremetiev», «Ancient Greece as it was introduced in the 19th century», «Alexander Glazunov's cabinet in Paris» are available in the Museum of music.
In the Museum of Suvorov exposition «Holy Victory», which is dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War continues to work. There is also opened an exposition «Corps and faiths».


In the Museum of Stones is available again an exposition «Search and get», which was closed due to pandemic reasons. Since 7th of July will be available expositions in Gatchina palace, in the Museum of Dostoevsky and in the Museum of Anna Akhmatova.


Moreover, it is reported, that in the period of 12-15 July will be back to work Isaak's cathedral and Savior on the Spilled Blood. Since 12 July will be opened historic park «Russia-my history», where will be represented an exposition of modern Russian artists «Russian realists».


We must admit, that museums will work according to the standard of safety, which was approved by Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Wellbeing.
