According to the Northern Capital Gateway’s press service, the facility operates daily from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The procedure requires registration at a special information desk in the arrivals hall of Pulkovo Airport (the 1st floor of the passenger terminal). The test is carried out at a mobile station located in front of the entrance to the airport and involves biological sampling from the nasopharynx with a cotton swab.
The results are sent by e-mail or SMS.
An emergency response centre has been created at St. Petersburg Airport for cooperative work with airlines, state regulatory authorities, local authorities, and the Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Wellbeing on coronavirus issues. The cleaning regime of all premises of Pulkovo Airport, including elevators, check-in counters, information desks, inspection areas, office rooms and staff lounges, has been intensified. Disinfection of gangways and passenger buses is carried out regularly. The air in passenger areas is being purified with the help of cleaning units. Air recirculators are operating in the restrooms of the international arrivals hall. An unscheduled inspection of the airport ventilation system has been conducted. Pulkovo Airport employees have been informed about the preventive measures against the spread of coronavirus infection and the need to use personal protective equipment. The airport staff regularly receives face masks, gloves, antiseptic wipes and gels.
