Restaurant of signature cuisine in russian traditions
Russian ballet has always been famous for its ability to combine artistic sophistication and simplicity of expressing emotions. Particularly, on these principles the work of the restaurant "Full Ballet" is organized. Everything here, from the location (the house on Gorokhovaya, in which the greatest ballerinas Vaganova and Ulanova lived) to the menu, is imbued with the atmosphere of triumph and elegance of the Russian idea.
The elements of Art-deco and eclecticism can be traced in the interior. Lacunal ceilings are carefully restored and mettlach of the early 20th century is preserved here. Continuing the historical line, Chef, Innokenty Regentov, presented a menu in which the traditions of Russian cuisine are not only preserved, but also embellished with unusual flavor combinations. In his perspective classic dishes are prepared taking into account modern trends and technologies. Pastry chef, Ilnaz Iskakov, appears in the restaurant as a premier: for his picturesque creations a show-window is allocated, just in front of the entrance to the restaurant – it's impossible to pass by!
Strong spirits for the "Full Ballet" was selected by Grigory Kulesh – expert from The Hat Group. For each dessert, according to the concept of foodpairing, individual alcoholic drinks are served.
