Tapas Menu of elegant bites, perfectly paired with wines, that feature food from almost
every continent: from Mexican Tacos to Italian Piadina and Japanese Nori. For a more
substantial meal guests are offered main menu showing the same geographical
diversity of cuisine as seen through chef’s eyes: pastrami, signature Vitello, salmon
ceviche, Tuscan classic Stufato Sangiovannese, oyster risotto, oats with ricotta and
pickled onions, perfectly-balanced desserts, playing with the taste spectrum: from
heaven-like light apple dessert to powerful deconstructed versions of traditional Carrot
