The Chief Michael Martynenko who obtained a lot of experience employed by Schengen, Mops, and Dvoryanskoye Gnezdo (A Nest of Gentlefolk) restaurants combines typical seasonal products of our region, but is not limited to the local cuisine only. Michael appreciates clear combinations, laconic delivery, and generous portions. Every dish, even a traditional one, will be rethought and interpreted in a new unique manner. Michael adds fresh, contemporary notes to the conventional recipes of the northern cuisine, for example, Tuna tartare served with strawberry and mint was born this way. However, the old noble Russian borscht recipe remained unchanged; it is served with sour cream, rye croutons, bacon, hot baked bread lid accompanied by a homemade herbs liqueur (Nastoika).
