Our restaurant has a real clay tandoor-stove where we bake fresh home lavash, and there is also a huge brick charcoal grill. Here you feel as if being received by a hospitable Georgian family with profound traditions and original taste.
Many guests with children come to “Mamaliga”. There is a kids’ room created by the designers of Ginza Project specially for the youngest visitors. This room has many interesting and developing games, a video projector with cartoons, and on weekends there are also nannies who take care of the kids while the parent enjoy their meals. Children are always under supervision and control of adults so our guests don’t need to worry about their offspring.
The secret of restaurant “Mamaliga” is in the fact that it’s sapid, modern and democratic. And there are always fresh products cooked with love and Caucasian hospitality.
