Shatush, which is located on the Moika river quay, is a copy of the same Moscow restaurant on Gogol Boulevard, which is called the Russian version of the famous London "Hakkasan". The latter, by the way, was the first place with the Asian cuisine awarded a star on the most prestigious restaurant rating - Michelin.

Shatush is so called deer wool inhabiting the highlands of Tibet, light, warm and very durable. Woolen cloth «shatush» are thinner than silk and can pass through a wedding ring. Shatush is a luxury not everyone can afford. Hence, the second meaning of the word is "top notch". This is the basic idea of the restaurant.

A special pride of the restaurant is hookah. Filling Bohemian crystal flask with various combinations of beverages, syrups and fresh fruit and offering exquisite blend of tobacco in the hookah Shatush will serve the hookah as a special treat with a unique taste and aroma.

Our restaurant designers created unique interiors full of unique ethnic features. Shatush will transport you to Asia and give a sense of peace and oriental flavor.

The Shatush Menu is a synthesis of Asian and European traditions, based on the principles of "healthy food", the highest quality products and creative approach to the preparation of each dish. The emphasis is on natural taste of ingredients delivered from Asia, elegant simplicity of the recipes and the strict compliance with the original cooking techniques.
