The Guardian: Petersburg is required to be visited

The British edition included the Northern capital of Russia in the top-list places to visit in 2017 stressed that this year Russia celebrates 100 years of Revolution.

Especially The Guardian noted the cruiser Aurora which made a shot at the Winter Palace, signaling the beginning of the revolution, and the Finland Station, where Lenin arrived after his emigration.

By that date, a large number of British travel agencies prepared a thematic tours thanks to which foreign tourists will be able to more closely acquainted with the history of this event.

Petersburg was marked by the newspaper along with cities such as San Francisco, Portland, Seoul, Edinburgh and many others.
