The Governor of St. Petersburg Alexander Beglov on November 18 made changes to the resolution "On measures to counter the spread of a new coronavirus infection (COVID-19) in Saint Petersburg."

From November 23, spectators' access to sporting events is prohibited, and the activities of all food services are suspended in the buildings of shopping centers.

From December 1, the occupancy of concert halls, halls in theaters and cinemas should not exceed 25% of the number of seats in the hall.

There are also restrictions on admission to ice rinks. In particular, no more than 1 person per 10 square meters should be present in the ski area for both open and indoor ice rinks. m.

At the same time, for indoor skating rinks, additional requirements have been established to prevent mass skating of more than 30 people. Changing rooms must be closed on the territories of open ice rinks.
