There is an increase of a passenger traffic flow noted on some urban public transport routes, as reported by the Transport Committee of St. Petersburg.
To improve the comfort of passengers and to reduce the bus traffic intervals, from August 24, the number of vehicles on routes No. 102, 196, 328 and 375 has been increased by 15 units.
Also, since August 24 was relaunched the route No. 375A “Pavlovsk, Zverinitskaya street - microdistrict "Slavyanka", Rostovskaya street", previously suspended for a period of restrictions.
“Traditionally, there is a growth of passenger traffic on the routes of public transport in the last decade of August, when city residents return from their summer holidays. When planning to increase the number of municipal transport facilities on public transport routes, the experts of the Transport Committee also take into account the beginning of the academic year in educational institutions of St. Petersburg,” says the Committee.
