Wonder of the World Festival limits Traffic in Centre of St. Petersburg

From 2 to 3 November, the Palace square will host the festival ‘Wonder of the World’.

According to St. Petersburg Committee for Transport Infrastructure Development, because of the event, the movement of vehicles along the Pevchesky Proyezd (along Palace Square 4, 6-8) will be stopped from 10 a.m. November 2 to 10 a.m. November 4.


Also, from 10 p.m. on October 29 to 10 a.m. on November 5, it will be prohibited to stop vehicles at those addresses.


In order to ensure road safety on November 2 and 3 from 6:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., the movement of vehicles along the street-road network close to Palace square (Nevsky Prospect from Palace Proyezd to Mika River Emb., Palace Proyezd, Bolshaya Morskaya Street from Gorokhovaya Street to Nevsky Prospect, Malaya Morskaya Street from Gorokhovaya Street to Nevsky prospect, Kirochny Lane) may be possibly stopped by employees of the Traffic Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region through administrative and regulatory actions.
