‘Peterburgskaya Kuhnya’ project

The project started in 2014, should revive the culinary traditions of Saint Petersburg and also promote the city not only as a cultural but also as a gastronomic capital of Russia.

Project is managed by St. Petersburg Committee for External Relations.

‘Peterburgskaya Kuhnya’ (Saint Petersburg cuisine) project is a unique phenomenon that appeared as a combination of Russian and French cuisines.
