The tourist assistance service has been operating in St. Petersburg since May 1st.
Employees of the AskMeSPb Service are easily recognizable on the street: they wear a uniform with the inscription ‘AskmeSPb’. Young people carry a bag with information materials and maps of the city that are free for tourists: you can just ask the staff.
Employees of the service move around the city on Segways. The duty takes place on the territory of the Admiralty and Central districts of St. Petersburg.
Also, staff of the service interacts with the tourist police. If necessary, guests of the city receive operational assistance, accompanied by a police station.
