Leonid Jacobson State Academic Ballet Theatre is a unique theatre, the only one in the world ballet troupe separated from opera troupe

The theatre was founded in 1966. Form 1969 till 1976 the troupe was headed by Leonid Jacboson. Choreographic miniature - the favourite genre of Jacobson - brought the troupe fame and modern name.
