ABOUT THE EVENT
Marching chest of Emperor Alexander III, a characteristic item of palace household of the XVIII-XIX centuries.
The hinged lid contains personal hygiene items: a washstand with a mirror, a shaving glass, glass water decanters, a metal basin, a box for ointments, a manicure set. There are compartments for hats, epaulettes, shoulder belts, tobacco and cigarette storage, and a travel bag.
